Frequently Asked Questions

Is this 1-on-1 tutoring or group tutoring?
The Summer Academic Reset is a small-group online tutoring program with 4–5 students max per group.
This allows focused support, interaction, and accountability in a structured setting.
We do provide 1-on-1 tutoring to families who prefer it.
Who are the tutors? Are they college students?
Our tutors are NOT college students.
Our educators are certified teachers and subject specialists with proven results helping K–8 students close academic gaps.
Your child gets targeted and structured support, not random help.
When are sessions held?
Sessions are scheduled in the evenings so they do not interfere with day camps, vacations, or summer activities.
Can my child join while traveling?
Yes, they can. The program is fully online, so students can join from anywhere in the country or world with internet access.
How are students grouped?
Students are grouped by areas needing improvement, skill level, and academic needs — not simply by grade. This creates stronger instruction and better progress.
Is online group tutoring effective?
Yes, when groups are kept small and instruction is structured. Our online groups are limited to 4–5 students max, allowing students to stay engaged, receive direct support, and learn alongside peers with similar needs. Done correctly, small-group tutoring can build skills, confidence, and consistency very effectively.

Did we miss a question?
Or do you prefer 1-on-1 tutoring for your child instead?
